George Christoff is vice president, distribution operations, for Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc.
Christoff is responsible for the vehicle distribution process from sales and production planning through vehicle wholesale to dealers. He also coordinates with numerous TMC divisions, including OPD, PCD, and VDLD, along with TMEX, TdPR, Lexus, TMMNA and the North America assembly plants.
Most recently, Christoff was vice president and general manager, Cincinnati Region. Previously, Christoff has served as vice president of parts, service, customer satisfaction and training for Lexus, responsible for all activities in the parts, service, sales, service training, and customer satisfaction departments. He has also served as Western area manager for Lexus, responsible for sales, market planning and customer satisfaction in 12 Western states, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
Since joining Toyota in 1989, Christoff has held a variety of positions with the company, including Lexus Southern area business manager and distribution manager, Lexus corporate sales administration manager and corporate dealer analysis manager, and TMS distribution operations sales and production analysis manger. He also served as TMS San Francisco Region assistant general manager and Central Atlantic Toyota Distributors, Inc. senior field operations manager.
Prior to joining Toyota, Christoff was marketing manager for Nissan Motor Company and a management trainee at General Electric.
Christoff earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Fla.
